Refund Policy

VERITE No-Refund Policy


At VERITE, every item is created and sold with the highest level of care and quality. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following policy:


1. All Sales Are Final

Once an item has been purchased, it is considered the property of the customer. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. If it’s proven a package is lost in transit we have no problem replacing it for you.


2. Ownership

At the time of purchase, ownership of the item transfers to the customer. VERITE is not responsible for the item after the sale is completed. ( in some circumstances )


3. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, VERITE is no longer liable for the item. Any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues. If it’s proven a package is lost in transit we have no problem replacing it for you.


4. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.


5. Size Measurements

By agreeing to the measurements provided in the sales box it shows you knew exactly what size it is and how it will fit.
