At VERITE, every item is created and sold with the highest level of care and quality. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following policy:

Once an item has been purchased, it is considered the property of the customer. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Ownership

At the time of purchase, ownership of the item transfers to the customer. VERITE is not responsible for the item after the sale is completed.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, VERITE is no longer liable for the item. Any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

4. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.
